Reliable and consistent platform

I've been using Cody AI for a while now, primarily for the AI employee training assistant and to manage our internal documentation. This latest experience was as smooth as previous ones. I don't think they offer refunds, from what I remember reading. But you can cancel anytime.

AFAIK, they don't do refunds. But since you can upgrade/downgrade plans whenever you want, and they have that free tier, you can really test it out before committing to a bigger package. I'd recommend starting small or with the free version first.

I've used both. Cody felt a bit more intuitive for setting up, especially with the document uploading. CustomGPT was okay but I liked the UI on Cody better.

Hmm, I haven't tried CustomGPT specifically, but I know Cody integrates with a bunch of stuff like Slack and Discord. The API access is also pretty good if you want to get super custom with it. Worth checking if CustomGPT has similar integrations that fit your workflow.
